We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail sales principles and store management.
- Understand retail sales principles and store management strategies.
- Able to manage stock, product displays, and cash flow.
- Have in-depth product knowledge and can explain technical specifications to customers.
- Able to create accurate sales, inventory, and store performance reports.
- Understand after-sales service processes and customer complaint handling.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Management, Marketing, or Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Retail, Store Management, or Sales.
- Preferred experience in technical products, electronics, or industrial equipment.
- Ideal age between 28-40 years old.
- Able to communicate effectively in Indonesian and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and sales reporting.
- Able to work with target-based systems and retail working hours (including weekends if needed).
- Willing to be placed in LTC Glodok, Jakarta.
