Job description

• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed store sales targets.
• Proactively analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to boost revenue and productivity.
• Drive sales initiatives and provide motivation and direction to the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Plan and implement operational improvements to optimize store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate store needs and provide strategic support to enhance effective and efficient store management systems.
• Supervise daily operations and uphold high standards in service, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Continuously analyze and evaluate store performance within assigned areas to ensure achievement of KPIs and operational standards.
• Provide solutions to operational challenges and support store teams in problem-solving.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff to strengthen team capability and build a succession pipeline for leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree Holder
• Strong communication and selling skills, with a results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays (with one day off on weekdays).
