Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the restaurant or hospitality field.
• Able to handle operations in a Chinese / Hot Pot restaurant.
• Preferably specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service.

• Manage all operational aspects of the Chinese / Hot Pot restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor market trends and implement action plans.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to handle Chinese / Hot Pot Restaurant

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Able to work with Shifting Schedule

Duties :

Manage all operational chinese / hotpot restaurant and ensure employees are following Standart Operational Procedure

Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates

Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues

Development and implementation of action plans
