Job description

The position will be based within our subsidiary, Blibli Omnichannel Mobility Group (BlibliOMG), which operates in the retail gadget industry. Our mission is to provide accessible solutions for consumers seeking a wide range of smartphones and IoT devices tailored to their needs. With a network of physical locations across various cities in Indonesia, our presence spans Blibli Stores, Trade-in Stores, as well as dedicated brand stores including Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, and Hello Store, an authorized Apple Reseller.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for handling and managing the store operations (including managing the team) that have been assigned, including:

• Achieve store growth and sales targets while managing profit and loss
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs
• Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive and competitive environment
• Prepare and analyze reports (stock and sales) and ensure the safety of store assets
• Collaborate with partners on events and perform other tasks as assigned
• The placement for this position will be in Jakarta, Tangerang, Surabaya, Medan, or Bali. We will determine the location based on your preferences and current location.

Requirements :

• Male or Female with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management or multi-site operations, preferably in the gadget industry
• Target-oriented and results-driven
• Experience in handling teams
• Understands gadget trends and consumer behavior to develop relevant strategies
• Proficient in analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Willing to be assigned to various locations
• Strong communication skills, proficiency in English is a plus
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Experienced in event management, creating premium, partnership, or KOL events is an added advantage
