Store Manager

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
2. Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and motivating your team.
3. Manage inventory efficiently to optimize stock levels and control shrinkage.
4. Execute visual merchandising and marketing initiatives with creativity and precision.
5. Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
6. Coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to exceed performance expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management—preferably with exposure to multi-departmental or large team supervision.
2. Minimum education: SMK/SMA, D3 or Bachelor Degree.
3. Proven leadership and people management skills.
4. Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving capabilities.
5. Expertise in sales strategy, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
6. Creative eye for visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
7. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
