Job summary

PT Ceria Jusindo Nusantara is seeking a Store Leader to manage a Boost Juice outlet in a fast-paced retail F&B setting. You will drive sales, oversee store operations, and guide a team to deliver excellent service in a lively environment.

The role requires a Diploma and 2+ years in retail F&B, with strong P&L, cost control and inventory knowledge, plus fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English. Travel readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• 2+ years of retail F&B experience; prior roles include Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Leader.
• Knowledge of F&B strategy including P&L, labor cost, food cost and COGS, inventory stock opname and service excellence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication and leadership, travel willingness.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
