A leading company in the restaurant development sector is looking for a Store Development Manager to manage expansion initiatives in Bekasi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in store development, possess strong negotiation skills, and be adept in market research. This role involves building relationships with potential tenants and overseeing the operational efficiency of the development process.
Our client is a Restaurant (Freestanding) company. Currently, they are looking for Store Development Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Contacting potential tenant development for area (commercial, office, etc.) to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Developing a strategic plan to advance store expansion.
To do location Feasibility Study for outlet expansion.
Market research.
Looking at all potential location proposal either by Agents, Landlords.
Rental Negotiation.
Tenancy Renewal.
Submitting reports on customer visits and actions required.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
Identify & report on local market trends & requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Have a Bachelor's Degree.
At least 10 years of working experience for store development in mall.
High Conversational level of English language skill.
Maximum 45 years old.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi area.
Need car and license.
