Position: Steward Team Leader

As a Steward Team Leader, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. You will manage a team of stewards, assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian citizens.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
