As a Steward Team Leader, you're responsible to oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. Also manage a team of stewards, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

  • Minimum 2(two) years experience in a similar role in a luxury resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards, particularly in a kitchen environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting and carrying heavy items.
