As Stewarding Assistant Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the steward department's operations to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety, and organization within the food and beverage department.
