About the role

As a Stakeholder Relation Data Analyst Specialist, you will be responsible for providing strategic data analysis to support the management of stakeholder relationships and public engagement initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to help the company make data-driven decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Collect, analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform stakeholder engagement strategies.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics related to stakeholder relations and public outreach.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
4. Utilise advanced data modelling and visualisation techniques to present findings in a clear and impactful way.
5. Recommend data-driven improvements to stakeholder management processes and public engagement initiatives.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously enhance the company's capabilities.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in business/data analysis, preferably within the transportation, public sector or customer-facing industries.
3. Proficient in data mining, statistical analysis and data visualization using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
