We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Staff Universal Banker.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service by introducing appropriate bank services and products to customers' queries.
  • Perform operational duties and support functions as required.
  • Promote product offerings and existing products directly to customers.
  • Conduct cross-selling of HSBC's products to existing customers.
  • Guide customers in accessing digital systems and provide technical assistance.
  • Follow up on administrative processes related to customer-approved products.
  • Record and address customer complaints effectively.
  • Manage operational risks related to activities and customer relationships according to prevailing rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience as Admin Staff is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
