Job summary

Lotus Noir Arts and Jewelry in Bali seeks a dedicated Staff Store member for a full-time role, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a polished retail environment. You will engage customers with product knowledge, process transactions, and support stock and merchandising duties.

Ideal candidates have retail or luxury experience, strong English communication, and a passion for arts and jewellery. Weekend availability and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in retail or customer service, ideally in a luxury or arts and jewellery environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers naturally and professionally
• A genuine passion for arts, jewellery, or luxury retail products
• Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems or similar retail technology
• The ability to work as part of a team whilst also taking initiative when working independently
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain high standards of presentation and stock management
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work weekends and retail hours as required
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and representing the Lotus Noir brand values

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a warm, professional demeanour, helping them explore our collection of arts and jewellery
• Providing knowledgeable product recommendations and guidance to customers based on their interests and preferences
• Processing customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling payments securely
• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment, including regular merchandising and display arrangements
• Restocking shelves and inventory management to ensure products are readily available
• Answering customer enquiries about products, pricing, and store policies with confidence and courtesy
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory checks as required
• Supporting the store team in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store
• Following all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Store member to join our team at our Bali location on a full-time basis. As a Store Staff member, you will be the face of Lotus Noir Arts and Jewelry, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our retail environment. This position is essential to our mission of providing an exceptional shopping experience whilst ensuring our store operates efficiently and professionally.

What you'll be doing
