Job description

In your new role you will:

1. Own and maintain line loading plans, ensuring alignment with forecast, customer commitments, and available capacity.
2. Define line configuration and layout plans based on product mix, technology roadmap, and equipment availability.
3. Work closely with production to balance output across shifts and lines, identifying bottlenecks and enabling fast resolution.
4. Drive continuous improvement in line utilization, productivity, and takt time.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree or master's in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in production planning, line balancing, and factory capacity modeling.
• Strong knowledge of backend operations.
• Familiarity with MES and factory simulation tools.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Excellent analytical and systems thinking skills.
• Clear communication skills—able to present complex data for decision-making.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
