Job summary

PT. BIA SENYUM SEHAT INDAH in Bali seeks a Radiographer to manage patient records and operate X-ray equipment, ensuring safety and accurate documentation.

You will coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to support diagnosis and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Requirements include a D3/D4 in Radiology with STR and at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: D3/D4 in Radiology or Radiodiagnostic Technology.
• Must hold a valid Radiographer certification or STR.
• Minimum 1 year’s of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates will be considered).
• Experienced in operation, maintenance and calibration of X-ray equipment.
• Accustomed to coordinating with dentists and medical staff to support diagnosis and treatment needs.
• Able to operate a clinic management information system or digital medical records system.

Job description

Manage and store patients’ medical records to ensure that data is organised, secure and easily accessible.

Receive, record and update patients’ personal details and medical history to ensure that clinical information is always accurate and complete.

Preparing and organising medical records before and after treatment to support the smooth workflow of the dentist.

Operating X-ray equipment in accordance with procedures to produce clear radiographic images that can be used for diagnosis.

Ensuring patient safety during X-ray procedures so that radiation is controlled and complies with occupational safety standards.

Recording and documenting patients’ radiographic results to ensure data is properly stored and integrated into medical records.

Maintaining and inspecting the condition of X-ray equipment and medical records archives to ensure they are ready for use and to prevent damage.

Collaborating with dentists and the clinic team to ensure that medical records and X-ray results support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
