Le candidat idéal doit avoir un bac en chimie ou un domaine connexe, une expérience confirmée en achats, et être familiarisé avec les matériaux d'emballage de cosmétiques. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des demandes de matériel, de la négociation avec les fournisseurs, et du suivi des commandes jusqu'à la livraison.

Qualifications

• Expérience de 3 ans en tant que STAFF PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL, de préférence en cosmétique.
• Connaissance des matériaux d'emballage cosmétiques est un MUST.
• Capacité à parler anglais, écrit et oral.

Responsibilities

• Préparer la demande de matériaux d'emballage selon les prévisions.
• Suivre le processus de commande jusqu'à la livraison.
• Négocier les prix avant la commande.

STAFF PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Minimum education is Bachelor from Chemical, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Design Packaging, or

others equivalent

2.Have 3 years as STAFF PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL specially from cosmetic, pharmacy.

3.Have knowledge and familiar with packaging cosmetics is a MUST (tube, sachet, bottle, pump, etc)

4. Able to speak English both written and speaking

5.Communicative, good negotiator and detailed person

6.Quick adaptation and good stress tolerance

7.Familiar with SAP/ERP

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare for packaging material demand based on MRP

Follow up starting PO process until the delivery products to Cosmax Indonesia

Negotiate price before order

Follow up on time schedule and fulfilment to agreed specification of material delivered

Evaluate vendors per semester (time, quantity and quality)

Submit invoice to Finance and inform payment schedule / Bank slip to supplier

Sourcing and locate vendors
