Sales, Distribution, and Business Development play a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategies, driving the delivery of market-leading personal banking customer experiences, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team as a Staff Mobile Sales Force Tele.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product sales, especially for credit cards, by contacting and identifying needs of both existing and new customers through a Telesales environment.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product descriptions, utilizing the database daily, and ensuring proper handling and management. Responsible for achieving individual KPIs while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Uphold HSBC brand values in all customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters, maintaining awareness of operational risks, and minimizing their occurrence through proper identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting in line with internal regulations.
  • Maintain and observe internal control standards, implement and adhere to Internal Compliance Policies, and respond promptly to audit and regulator recommendations. Foster a compliance culture, manage compliance risks, ensure adequate resources and training, and maintain good relations with regulators.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major and of legal working age.
  • Proficiency in required languages for the process.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and selling abilities.
  • Highly motivated, eager to accept new challenges, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in selling banking products, particularly credit cards, is an advantage.
  • Fast learner, persistent, and customer-oriented.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts.
  • Computer literate.
