Job description

1. Develop and execute a social media strategy that meets the company's objectives.

2. Manage and maintain a strong online presence across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

3. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience.

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.

5. Analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize content and advertising strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

8. Manage social media advertising campaigns (budgeting, targeting, optimization).

9. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and minimize downtime.

10. Provide regular reporting and insights on social media performance.

Requirements:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
