Requirements
1. Minimum of S-1 graduate with GPA 3.50.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in HR, especially in manufacturing.
3. Able to work with a team.
4. Advanced in MS Office especially Excel.
5. Understand the payroll process.
6. Have knowledge of labor laws.
7. Have an understanding of the administration of psychological test tools.
Job Description
1. Responsible for employee payroll.
2. Updating employee database.
3. Assisting in the recruitment process.
4. Updating control documents in the HRD Dept.
5. Assisting in the audit process (internal/external).

Our flexographic print division has a complete in-house fully digital pre-press and capability to print filmic materials, PS labels, aluminum foils, paper and folding cartons with integrated in-line die cut stations. Our laminated tube division has a capability to produce Aluminum Barrier laminate (ABL) tube which mainly applied for tooth paste, food and pharmacy and Plastic barrier laminate (PBL) tube which mainly applied for personal care with various options of caps and top seal. Our customers mainly are national and multinational company based in Indonesia, South East Asia and Korea.
