A leading logistics company is seeking a Finance/Accounting Staff in Surabaya. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing payments, and HR duties. Checking NS before creating an invoice for the customer.
Follow up on payment from the customer.
Create scheduled payments to vendors.
Prepare monthly cash reports, bank statements, and submit them to the head office in Jakarta.
Prepare reports for PPH 21, 23, and PPN every month.
Work closely with the accounting team.
Provide daily reports to the Finance Supervisor and Branch Manager.
Responsible for HR & GA duties in the branch office.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Finance/Accounting/Financial Management) from a reputable university.
At least 1-3 years of experience as a Finance/Accounting Staff.
Well-organized, with a great personality, attention to detail, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to work under tight deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Placement in Branch Office - Surabaya.
