About the role

PT Jatraidola Tour & Travel is seeking a dedicated Staff Finance & Accounting to join our growing team in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic travel and tourism business.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

Reconcile bank accounts and perform other account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making

Maintain and update the company's accounting systems and records

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations

Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance and accounting role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry (Fresh Graduate are very welcome)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements

Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
