Job description
Overview
  • Carry out the receipt and accurate recording of customer payments in an orderly manner.
  • Manage cash balances (with no discrepancies) and ensure timely realization of cash advances.
  • Handle checks and cash received from customers.
  • Accurately input petty cash and tax journal vouchers.
  • Manage financial documents and records.
  • Prepare cash and financial reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance, and implement solutions and improvements to continuously enhance performance over time.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 5 year of experience as a cashier or finance staff & used to working in Chinese companies.
  • Experience using financial systems and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Communicative and possesses strong administrative skills.
  • Understands basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
  • English (Basic Conversation).
  • Work Location: GOLD COAST OFFICE.
