Overview
- Carry out the receipt and accurate recording of customer payments in an orderly manner.
- Manage cash balances (with no discrepancies) and ensure timely realization of cash advances.
- Handle checks and cash received from customers.
- Accurately input petty cash and tax journal vouchers.
- Manage financial documents and records.
- Prepare cash and financial reports.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, and implement solutions and improvements to continuously enhance performance over time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 year of experience as a cashier or finance staff & used to working in Chinese companies.
- Experience using financial systems and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Communicative and possesses strong administrative skills.
- Understands basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- English (Basic Conversation).
