Staff Factory Support

Responsible to create Request Purchase Sheet (RPS) of parts and other goods, services relating to Factory Department as daily basis job.

Responsible to manage heavy equipment's administration, including reporting asset list, breakdown machines at workshop and project site, machine status and parts stock.

Responsible to organize the storage of parts and usage of parts for daily basis use, manage purchase part, receive parts, and distribution of parts for factory department.

Responsible to coordinate with workshop team and purchasing teams for any recommended parts, able to search the procurement of parts, equipment and supplies for heavy equipment.

Responsible to create monthly report & input daily report of workshop repairing progress at workshop and project site.

Responsible to maintain & input data service maintenance & repair, hours meter of unit and outside duty delivery order of factory's department to project site.

Familiar with many supplier or vendor parts of heavy equipment's.

Responsible to submit license of heavy equipment's to government or other documents based on regulation.

Responsible to handle and create report for other administrative tasks regarding the factory department.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree / Diploma with experience minimum 1 year or above as Engineering / Technical for Construction/Heavy Equipment specializing in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering - or equivalent.

Has own transportation, able to drive car or motorbike with Driving License.

Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal and leadership skill.

Required language(s): English.

Required skill(s): Strong Negotiation, Critical Thinking & Good Communication.

Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office.
