Staff Contact Center Service and Sales Representative Advance

Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC's position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions. The team focuses on business development with an emphasis on customers, ensuring appropriate pricing, products, and promotions are directed to relevant customers, building value, treating customers fairly, and creating a seamless customer experience.

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Staff Contact Center Service and Sales Representative Advance.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle contacts from customers across multiple products and propositions.
  • Progress into specialist roles within the contact center, such as call escalations, customer retention, high-value sales requiring specialty underwriting or accreditation.
  • Provide high-quality service to maximize customer satisfaction by resolving queries at first contact.
  • Listen to customer needs to offer relevant products.
  • Take ownership of research and follow-up or direct customers to appropriate departments.
  • Achieve individual KPIs while maintaining quality and compliance.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Male or Female.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree; of legal working age.
  • Proficient in required languages.
