Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Be a main contributor to the Head of Branch on Business Strategic Development volume Sales Area.
  • Collaborate with Distribution Partners to develop existing clusters with targeted growth reload.
  • Monitor and ensure the availability and visibility of Indosat products in the cluster, including monitoring card distribution to all distributors/outlets in the respective cluster.
  • Advocate all sales channel-related Indosat promotions and products.
  • Strengthen retail penetration by opening new outlets and increasing outlet engagement through promotions or products as the main sales focus.
  • Educate distributor teams to comply with KPIs through training, coaching, and counseling.
  • Guide and direct distributors to execute activities in the cluster, including brand activities, sales events, bundling programs, and community programs.
  • Monitor network availability and escalate issues to the Head of Branch and Regional Sales Assurance if needed.
  • Compile and send daily reports to the Head of Branch and relevant regional functions.
  • Coordinate with Rural GTM Executive (RGE) regarding marketing promotions and branding in the cluster.
  • Execute and achieve functional goals assigned by managers.
  • Provide ongoing input for business process and system improvements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in telecommunications or related industries is preferred.
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership in recent projects involving cross-functional efforts.
  • Good understanding of the business's commercial operations and ability to work in various roles within the group.
  • Possess a valid driving license (Sim A & C).
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Raya area.
Skills
  • Sales: Ability to analyze market sales, cluster territories, and identify points of income.
  • Marketing: Ability to implement push and pull strategies for local and national programs.
  • Understanding KPIs for distributors and how to achieve them through initiatives and guidance.
