Job Opening: Assembly Staff

PT Elite Air Industrial, an international trade company in Indonesia specializing in air compressors, is seeking assembly staff to be based in South Cikarang.

Qualifications:

• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and able to lift or move moderate-weight components safely
• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, able to work in a team, and follow supervisor instructions
• Basic knowledge of 5S and safety practices in the warehouse is advantageous
• Understanding and adherence to safety procedures and company regulations
• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in assembly or production preferred
• Experience with air compressor components or mechanical assembly is a plus
• Ability to conduct quality checks and pack goods neatly and carefully for customer shipments
• Proactive in suggesting improvements in goods management to enhance performance
• Forklift operation skills are a plus
