Job description

PT. Berkat Sumber Rizki is looking for a professional who has experience in getting and managing Government Projects or Tenders.

What You Will Do:

Administration

  1. Manage payment of all bills from vendors, expense reimbursements, cash advances, and reports.
  2. Record all financial transactions, generate and review monthly financial reports.
  3. Process payments and manage invoices, following up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed.
  4. Complete and accurately record/reconcile operational control/tracking against projects on budget, fund, travel expenses; this work will coordinate closely with Project Operations Specialist and Finance unit.
  5. Support audit visit needs by coordinating and providing all documents/information required by the auditors promptly.
  6. Provide data support in the audit process.
  7. Support in planning and reviewing budgets and expenditures as necessary, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports and other data as required.

Operational

  1. Provide optimum support to Project Operations Specialist and fellow Project Administrators in managing back-office activities in sub-national and national activities pertaining to Indonesia projects.
  2. Ensure functionality of operations, including coordinating document flow and organization, purchasing supplies, arranging travels and events, equipment, and communication; support project needs to provide events and meeting coordination across the organization.
  3. Manage operational expenses in consultation with Project Operations Specialist, including occupancy, office services, insurance, IT, legal, tax, and others to ensure efficient and effective use of donor resources.
  4. Prepare, maintain, monitor, and improve the operational systems, processes, procedures, and records in accordance with Indonesia’s policy, specifically to support better management reporting, information flow, and organizational planning.

Occasional Significant Duties

  1. Provide day-to-day assistance with other jobs in the Operations unit as required.
  2. Perform significant other duties as assigned by the Project Operations Specialist.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  2. Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience in getting and managing Government Tenders/Projects from LKPP, E-catalogue, and/or Open Tender.
  3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in either Railway, Electrical, Oil & Gas, Port & Shipping, Steel Trade, or Heavy Equipment Industry.
  4. Direct hands-on experience in financial administration (e.g., budget, recording, tax).
  5. Detail-oriented and organized thinker who can juggle multiple, competing priorities.
  6. Ability to learn new systems and software applications used by BSR Indonesia.
  7. Good oral and written communication skills.
  8. Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English is mandatory.
  9. Able to work independently and as a team player.
  10. Ability to travel when needed.
  11. Experience working within multi-stakeholder/inter-sectoral groups such as government, private, civil societies, and other stakeholder engagement.

Performance Standards:

  1. Finance administrative, operations management, and administration activities are expected to be carried out timely and satisfactorily with minor supervision.
  2. Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure, including multitasking and planning several events simultaneously.
  3. Ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is imperative.
  5. Commitment to quality of work and efficiency.
