Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Admin Staff to join our team at PT GK Industry located in Gresik, East Java. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the company's financial and administrative management runs smoothly, aligned with our broader business objectives. This position requires a candidate with strong accounting skills and proven organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and administrative support to the sales team such as arranging customers’ appointments, preparing sales guidelines and invoices, etc.
  • Provide updates on chemical product consumption, forecasting and reports to HQ in a timely manner.
  • Assist in accounting and administrative services, including journal entries, AP & AR and other reporting.
  • Assist in preparing invoices and monitoring collections.
  • Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring petty cash float.
  • Process business related claims and reimbursements to employees.
  • Control, maintain and implement compliance to Company’s standard operating procedures, e.g. ISO System.
  • Maintain and up-sell company’s products to existing customers after gaining an understanding of customers’ business requirements.
Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in similar positions in manufacturing or service industries.
  • Proficient in using accounting applications and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a good understanding of accounting procedures and applicable tax regulations.
  • Possess good communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent in English, read, write, and speak.
