Job summary

Konnco Studio is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to run infra operations for live projects with real traffic, focusing on early troubleshooting and realtime reporting. The role emphasizes monitoring, incident communication, and cloud-based hosting across Kubernetes and Linux environments.

You will build and monitor Grafana dashboards, work with Prometheus, and keep databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and ClickHouse under observation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates with internship experience in relevant fields
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes, Containerization, Networking, Linux, Grafana, and Cloud computing
• Good communication (able to report system status clearly and in realtime)
