We specialise in driving growth for top brands in Indonesia through performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and live commerce solutions. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us attract exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Actively source talent through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and industry referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate communications efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain hiring reports, track recruitment metrics, and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing, agency, or tech environment.
  • Prior experience working at a brand, MCN, TSP, or Chinese company is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
