• Ensure compliance to relevant regulations regarding B2C products/services.

Job Description

Contract/ Commercial Transaction

Pre and post contract activities which include drafting, reviewing and negotiate agreements, correspondences, claims and other contractual matters related to B2C transactions, in particular digital products, value added services and customer experience

Product/Program Compliance

Ensure compliance to anti trust, telco regulations, consumer protection regulation and other relevant regulations on regular B2C products/services (product compliance)

Advisory

Keep abreast of law and regulation development and changes and conduct legal research on matters which may affect the company’s business and operations activities.

Provide day-to-day legal advice and assistance for negotiation and implementation of contracts and other arrangements entered by the company

Qualification

• Min. bachelor’s degree in law (SH) from reputable universities in Indonesia
• Min. 3-4 years experiences, preferably from telecommunications/technology/ritel industry, good knowledge in telecommunication industry, Intelectual Property (IP) and consumer protection.
• Strong leadership, good presentation and communication skills, team player, self-starter, conscientious, thorough, tidy, capable of working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to follow directives with “can do” attitude, and the drive, resourcefulness and the ability to get tasks/deals done.
• Good planning, communication and organization skills.
• Fluency and proficieny in English and Indonesian language, MS Office (outlook, word, excel, ppt)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
