Job Description:

• Reporting to AVP, Head of Project Management, this position is responsible for supporting the development and leading the implementation of company key/strategic initiatives, analyzing specific issues related to business strategy implementation, and providing recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

• Strategy Implementation / Project Management skills
• Business analytic capability supported by KPI reporting skills
• Accounting and Financial Reporting (including budgeting, cost and benefit analysis, etc.)
• General knowledge in Solvency and Profitability in Life Insurance Companies
• Insurance Company Operations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any field with a strong analytical background
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in managing medium to large size projects with expertise in Project Management Methodology
• Life insurance industry experience preferred
• Industry-recognized project management certification would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of key/strategic projects as assigned by the management
• Coordinate the development of Business Cases for key initiatives of strategic projects, including support in setting up full project plans, timelines, and obtaining approvals
• Assist in the development of Corporate Strategic Plan and OKRs
