A leading company in the mining and heavy equipment industry is seeking a Sr. Manager for Sales & Business Development. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies, and managing client relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a related field. · Identify and research new business opportunities
· Develop and execute the strategy to penetrate the newly identified business opportunities
· Explore new direct and indirect sales channels through business partnerships and collaborations
· Build and maintain harmonious relationships with new and existing clients
· Develop and present a market analysis for potential business opportunities
· Conduct through feasibility study to analyze prospective product and business proposals
· Deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate how our solutions can benefit clients' operations
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Provide ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
· Coordinate intensively with related functions in the company (sales, product, operations/services, supply chain) and communicate with external partners (principals, regulatory, industrial associations)
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in all major - Engineering background is preferred
· Minimum 7 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales position, preferably from mining services, oil & gas services, or EPC contractor
· Able to work systematically with good data management
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
· Proficiency in using ERP
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
· High level of integrity and ethics
· Strong leadership and team management capabilities
· Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset
· Willing to travel frequently
