About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic sales team at PT. Komitrando Emporio.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and monitor the product development process from sample to production
2. Coordinate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers
3. Ensure timely ordering of materials and production planning
4. Track production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
5. Conduct quality checks on samples and production batches
6. Analyze cost structures and prepare quotations for customers
7. Solve operational problems and suggest improvements
8. Maintain accurate records and reports of all merchandising activities
