• Lead tactical and ad-hoc projects with direct relevance to investment operations and value delivery.

• Build internal knowledge databases and contribute to organisation-wide learning.

• Capture insights from projects to refine Equatora’s strategies and operational playbooks.

• Translate strategic direction into executable investment operations.

• Conduct stakeholder mapping to support business development and capital partnerships.

• Assist in shaping profitable investment models and identifying key growth levers

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of business model design, financial fundamentals, and value creation strategy.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, adaptive, and output-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of or exposure to the startup ecosystem, government stakeholders, or development/philanthropy sector.
• Experience in brand building, stakeholder engagement, or sustainability-related projects.
