Overview

• Financial Management – Manage the company’s financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Accounting – Ensure bookkeeping and financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Tax Compliance – Handle the company's tax obligations, including Income Tax (PPh), VAT (PPN), and Annual Tax Reports, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Audit & Reporting – Prepare financial reports for internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Cost Control & Analysis – Analyze expenses and identify opportunities for cost efficiency in business operations.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations in Indonesia.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounting team to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience – Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Certifications – Preferably holds certifications such as Brevet A & B (or C will be plus).
• Technical Skills – Proficient in accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting (SPT).
• Technical Skills – Experience using accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar).
