Qualifications

Sr. Engineering Maintenance Electrical (automotive manufacturing industry)

Adecco Group is a global HR solutions company, currently supporting clients in the Automotive Manufacturing to find a Sr. Engineering Staff - Maintenance Electrical - Machining Section to be placed in East Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support daily machining operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with production goals.
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and production equipment, including stamping, welding, CNC, and robotic machines.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and support continuous production operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on control panels, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and other electrical components.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical machinery and automation systems.
  • Interpret and apply electrical schematics, SLD, and wiring diagrams for maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures, including proper lockout-tagout (LOTO) practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in maintenance logs or CMMS systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing solutions to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
  • Participate in training programs and stay updated on new technologies related to electrical systems and industrial automation.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience as maintenance electrical staff / technician in manufacturing/automotive company. Preferably experience in handling stamping, welding, CNC or robot machines.
