Your Contribution In The Role

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for process mining initiatives.
• Conduct a high-level assessment and summarize the business case, including cost and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the IT architect to integrate new applications, finalize efforts, timelines, and solutions for integration.
• Recommend the appropriate Signavio module to achieve the objectives
• Finalize requirements and document them in the process design document.
• Architect the data model to facilitate comprehensive end-to-end process analysis.
• Develop insightful dashboards to support process analysis and optimization.
• Support the testing and deployment of process mining solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Utilize process mining tools for thorough process analysis, including comparisons with existing process maps.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions to optimize workflows.
• Monitor and finalize the benefits derived from the project.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, analyses, and solutions to ensure knowledge retention and easy access for future reference.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions they may have about the dashboards.
• Implement enhancements and updates to the dashboards based on user feedback and changing business needs.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop comprehensive content on how to effectively use Signavio.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• As a minimum a bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. Master's Degree is preferred: A master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field can be highly beneficial.
• 5 years of experience in process mining and process improvement
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or a similar role with a focus on process analysis and process mining.
• Hands-on experience working with the SAP Signavio, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization.
• Prior experience in analyzing and optimizing processes (Finance, P&C, Operations) within an organization.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of process mining concepts and methodologies, with practical experience using platforms such as Signavio or Celonis
• Possess a strong comprehension of FMCG business processes
• Knowledgeable about key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to business processes.
• Have a deep knowledge about Signavio Solutions
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings and insights effectively.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and automation would be beneficial.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify patterns, trends, and process inefficiencies from data.
