Job description

This role requires expertise in managing HCP and ethical/medical marketing. You will implement marketing and sales strategies for complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services to meet sales or market share targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execute integrated marketing communication plans and campaigns to educate healthcare professionals about brand messages.
  • Collaboration: Build a network within the healthcare industry to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on marketing initiatives' performance within ethical channels.
  • Compliance: Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations, ensure all marketing activities are documented and compliant, and establish approval processes for campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, oversee product development, set prices, launch new products, oversee advertising, and monitor sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Evaluate brand performance and feedback to generate new product ideas.
  • Identify necessary product/service changes to meet customer and HCP needs and liaise with other departments to implement these changes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7 years of managerial experience, e.g., Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager.
  • Experience in medical/ethical marketing activities.
