Develops and maintain compelling creative directions and treatments across all activities and campaigns based on strong insight to create impact

Gives creative direction and executes creative concepts together with both internal and external creative team
Great communication and presentation skills, Able to present ideas to both internal teams and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity
Led, nurture, and grow a high-performing creative team
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintain compelling creative directions and treatments across all activities and campaigns based on strong insight to create impact

Qualifications
- At least 8 years of working experience in reputable Advertising and Digital Agency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a creative director;
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or Communication, and other relevant field
- Solid understanding of design and every aesthetic aspect (typography, layout, and prototyping). Have in-depth knowledge of brand development, know how to make the brand more loved and cross-functional integrated marketing models (includes advanced digital marketing channels)
- Highly experienced Brand and Visual Communications Planning Expert: you would already have a proven great portfolio of work across the spectrum of communications: in this hiring process, we will be requesting your portfolio, and applicants without a portfolio will be ignored.
- A digital and social savvy that keeps up with emerging creative trends and disruptions across a wide spectrum of marketing thinking, culture, and technologies and is able to give a clarity of ideation on how they could create business impact for our clients.
- A team player. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and emotional Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced, agency environment.
- Experienced in building, managing, leading, and inspiring creative, collaborative, and high-performing creative teams
- Willing to be placed in Ancol, North Jakarta.
