About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. Global Infotech Solution. In this full-time role based in Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Generate new business leads and successfully convert them into new customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance and pipeline.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the System Integration/IT/technology industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation to inform decision-making.
  • Degree in IT, SI, Telecommunication or a related field is preferred.
