PT. Youwez Kreasi Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Fatmawati, South Jakarta. We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Sr. Account Executive to join our team. As a Sr. Account Executive, you are responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of services or products, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role acts as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  3. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  4. Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaigns or projects.
  6. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and contribute to revenue growth.
  8. Prepare regular reports on account performance, campaign results, and client feedback.
  9. Resolve issues or concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
  1. Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C); owning a personal vehicle is highly recommended.
  2. Professional appearance.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management; account manager or in business development preferably in an agency.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage those relationships effectively.
  8. Good understanding of the digital industry and relevant market trends.
  9. Ability to think strategically and analytically.
