Job summary

Glints is seeking a seasoned SQL Developer to design, optimize, and maintain data integration and ETL pipelines within insurance-related data environments. You will build complex SQL queries, tune performance, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

The role requires 4–6 years in SQL development, SSIS experience, and familiarity with Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and SQL Managed Instance, with English fluency and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
4–6 years of SQL development experience, preferably in insurance.
Strong ability to write/read complex queries and perform query tuning.
Experience using SSIS for data integration.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain calculation logic using Stored Procedures, SSIS, and SQL Job Scheduler.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
Provide analytical insights and support for data-driven decision-making.
Design, build, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient data pipelines.
Perform data integration across multiple systems.
Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, error handling, and continuous improvements.
