About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor for Tax and Accounting professional to join our dynamic team in Bandar Lampung branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective accounting and tax services to support the overall financial operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
2. Providing comprehensive tax planning and advisory services to minimize the organization's tax obligations.
3. Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
4. Conducting financial analyses and generating insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.
6. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
7. Mentoring and developing more junior members of the accounting and finance team.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar tax and accounting role, preferably within the education or non-profit sector.
2. Degree in Accounting or a related field, with a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or ACCA).
3. Excellent knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
4. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
5. Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
