Spv Supply Chain Warehouse

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Oversight & Accuracy: Ensure correct incoming/outgoing stock quantity and condition. Maintain accurate system data at all times.
2. Warehouse Organization: Implement effective warehouse layouts, proper labeling, and space planning to reduce clutter and improve accessibility.
3. Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate tasks, and enforce SOPs to maintain order and accountability.
4. Inventory System Implementation & Oversight: Lead the setup and use of a warehouse management system to improve stock accuracy, track movement in real-time, reduce manual errors, and streamline daily operations. Ensure the system is regularly updated and that all team members are properly trained to use it effectively.
5. Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with sales and purchasing to predict demand, plan stock levels, and reduce deadstock.
6. Reporting & Audit: Run monthly stock reports, identify discrepancies, and conduct regular audits.
7. Customer/Product Allocation Tracking: Ensure clear traceability of which products go to which customers/projects.
8. Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with management, sales, and purchasing for smooth operations.
