• Supervises direct sales representatives to ensure that each team does their part in supporting the M&G Company achieve its objectives.

• Support the sales team by conducting high-level selling

• Conduct market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans

• Provide reports to Manager like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports

• Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback.

• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active Modern Channel customers.
