Job summary

SENTUL HIGHLANDS GOLF seeks a skilled maintenance mechanic to supervise a team in servicing golf course equipment and vehicles. You will diagnose, repair, and overhaul mowers, tractors, carts, and turf machinery, ensuring records of service and parts inventory are accurate.

The ideal candidate has a vocational diploma in mechanical/automotive fields, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong repair skills across engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum vocational high school diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive (Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in golf course, agriculture, or construction equipment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair of golf course equipment such as mowers, tractors, utility carts, and other turf machinery (e.g., Toro, John Deere).
• Skilled in engine diagnostics, overhaul, welding, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and spare part inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of golf course equipment and vehicles.
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of turf maintenance equipment, including mowers, tractors, utility carts, sprayers, and other machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment service, repairs, and inventory of parts.
