Esha Parama Technology is seeking a Splunk Engineer to join our team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Splunk architecture, SPL, dashboards, and data onboarding in large-scale environments.
Activities include log ingestion, data normalization, and automation via Python/Bash, with opportunities to work on Oil & Gas sector projects. Hybrid/onsite work options available in Pertamina locations or project sites.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Splunk Engineer, Splunk Administrator, or SIEM Specialist.
Experience in Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred, particularly in large-scale operational environments.
Experience working on large-scale BUMN projects is an advantage.
Splunk
Strong knowledge of Splunk architecture and platform administration.
Advanced proficiency in Splunk SPL (Search Processing Language).
Experience managing Dashboards, Knowledge Objects, and other Splunk configurations.
Experience with log ingestion, data onboarding, parsing, normalization, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Linux administration, preferably RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu.
Good understanding of Windows Server administration.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Syslog, routing, load balancing, and TLS/SSL security protocols.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell Scripting for task automation.
Experience with REST API integration and automation is preferred.
Familiarity with Cribl, Kafka, or Syslog-ng is an advantage.
Understanding of cybersecurity compliance and critical data management within the Energy/Oil & Gas industry.
Familiarity with regulations related to BSSN, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), or other relevant regulations for critical national infrastructure.
Good awareness of HSSE/HSE standards applicable to the Oil & Gas industry.
Willing to work hybrid or onsite, including at Pertamina offices or operational/project locations depending on assignment.
