Wesco is seeking an Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety to outline and implement training, develop educational materials, and monitor safety programs across facilities. You will track accidents, perform audits, and recommend improvements to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires developing and enforcing EHS protocols, and collaborating with diverse teams to educate staff and drive safety improvements.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in occupational health and safety or related scientific or technical field required.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related scientific or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in environmental, health and safety.
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in the mining/ electrical/ manufacturing industry

Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety

Job Description

As the Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety you will outline and implement training programs to educate and inform workforce on work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention regulations and procedures. You will develop and distribute educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. You will track and document accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. You will perform inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. You may participate in the training of workplace safety officers. You will have a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations.
