Job description

Overview

To develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the construction market (contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, end users, homeowners).

To implement the actions of the company's commercial action plans and achieve the sales targets according to the budget.

To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our construction network, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services.

To generate project leads from the initial stage of the projects by specifying company product.

To specify big projects across Indonesia and to coordinate the specifying process by working together with project sales in the specific territory.

To develop close relationships with architects, quantity surveyors, construction managers, and project owners.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in architects and engineer association activities, as speaker and/or attend seminars.
• Hold architect gatherings and meetings regularly to update product specifications.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations and animations at project sites.
• Participate in the evolution of our strategy to our construction network, and propose evolutions of our services, displays, mockups, marketing tools, etc.
• Update permanently our customers database and files (contractors/architects/consultants).

Requirements

• S1 Civil engineering or Architecture
• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in related fields, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Dynamic and motivated young people
• Good team player, good communication and negotiation abilities
• Good command of English, Excel, and Word
• Willing to travel is a must
• Driving license, A is a must
